[HRM-Club] 7 steps MSDM Strategic

Semangat Pagi!

Berpikir secara sistematis merupakan kompetensi dasar bagi beberapa langkah praktisi SDM, Sebab langkah- langkah tertentu membutuhkan pemahaman mengenai apa yang terjadi saat berbagai system saling bersilangan. Meskipun perilaku komprehensif mengenai berpikir system melampaui lingkup dari HR Scorecard, namun saya akan coba sampaikan lagi beberapa teori dari ahli teori manajemen Peter M.Senge, yaitu :

1.Persoalan Hari ini berasal dari “Solusi” Kemarin.

2. Jalan keluar yang mudah lazimnya membawa kembali ke persoalan Semula

3.Sebab dan Akibat tidak terkait erat dengan waktu dan ruang

4.Titik Ungkit tertinggi seringkali yang paling kurang jelas

5.Tantangan yang di hadapi para professional SDM dalam kinerja Finansial.

6 Memotong Seekor gajah separuh-separuh tidak membuat anda memperoleh Dua Gajah Kecil;yang di dapatkan adalah Kekacauan.

Dari “Hukum Berpikir system” diatas kita masuk ke MODEL TUJUH LANGKAH UNTUK PENERAPAN PERAN STRATEGIS SDM yang di ringkas dalam tujuh langkah berikut:

Langkah 1 : Definsikan Strategi Bisnis Secara Jelas

Langkah 2 : Bangun Argumen bisnis untuk SDM sebagai asset strategis

Lnagkah 3 : Ciptakan peta strategy

Langkah 4 :Identifikasi HR Deliverable dalam peta strategy

Langkah 5 : Selaraskan Arsitektur SDM dengan HR Deliverable

Langkah 6 : Rancang Sistem pengukuran Strategis

Langkah 7 : Implementasikan Manajemen berdasarkan pengukuran.
