Requirements:

-Eyeglasses prescription less than 1 year old (contact lens prescription not applicable, eyeglasses only)

-A well written, detailed report of your experience. The shopper is required to call the location before the visit to ask specific questions provided in the shop guidelines. Visit the location to observe the Greeting, Overall Store Appearance, Determination of Needs, and the Delivery/Dispensing of the glasses.
