[HRM-Club] uang jasa/pesangon karena pengunduran diri

 

Dear Bapak & Ibu HR yg terhormat,

Mungkin sebelumnya pernah dibahas di miliis ini akan tetapi saya mohon bantuanya.

Latar belakang saya bukan HR jadi, saya kurang paham mengenai mslh ketenaga kerjaan jadi mohon di bantu.

Perusahaan tempat saya bekerja merupakan kantor perwakilan bukan pt, salah seorang karyawan mengajukan pengunduran diri mulai tgl 25 feb (surat pengajuan diberikan sejak tgl 18 januari). kary ini sudah bekerja selama 4th di kantor kami. adapun yg ingin saya tanyakan, jika perusahaan ingin memberikan uang jasa atas masa kerja 4thn tersebut bagaimana perhitungannya, selain itu hak2 apa saja yg diperoleh karywan tersebut dari perusahaan. mengingat karyw tersebut tidak mendapatkan pesangon karena pengunduran diri atas kemauan sendiri.

Selamat siang semuanya,
Setahun yang lalu di salah satu anak perusahaan tempat saya bekerja
mengalami hal serupa. Seorang staf IT yang baru bekerja 4 bulan,
sepedanya raib dari halaman depan kantor yang biasa dijadikan tempat
parkir mobil dan tidak dijaga. Sama saja ybs juga ngotot minta ganti
rugi kepada perusahaan. Malahan sempat menghadirkan kerabatnya yang
masih aktif sebagai polisi militer untuk menekan perusahaan.
Namun persoalan dapat terselesaikan dengan baik setelah saya
memberikan penjelasan dan penegasan bahwa pada waktu ybs melamar
pekerjaan, perusahaan sama sekali tidak mensyaratkan bahwa calon harus
mempunyai sepeda motor. Sehingga keberadaan sepeda motor tersebut di
kantor adalah merupakan tanggungjawab ybs sendiri karena bukan
merupakan bagian / alat bagi ybs dalam menjalankan kewajibannya
terhadap perusahaan.
Demikian sedikit cerita saya mudah2an dapat membuahkan inspirasi untuk
penyelesaian yang lebih baik oleh Sdr. Rudy.

Urun rembug dikit ...
bukannya PT telah kasih solusi dengan memberikan lahan untuk dijadikan tempat parkir ...
klo ditempat saya dulu, lahan dikasih o/ PT tp penjagaannya dilakukan oleh orang lain dengan dibayar oleh yg menggunakan lahan parkir tsb.

Dear All,

 

Mohon masukannya apakah secara hukum karyawan dapat menuntut ganti rugi atas sepeda motornya yang hilang di area parkir perusahaan? Dimana area parkir tersebut tidak ada pengelolaannya sebagaimana area parkir umum hanya ada pengawasan sekuriti perusahaan saja.

 

Apabila karyawan ybs tetap ngotot menuntut ganti rugi dan kemudian menggalang kekuatan untuk melakukan demo, langkah-langkah secara hukum apa yang bisa kita lakukan terhadap karyawan ybs termasuk karyawan lainnya yang ikut serta?

[HRM-Club] Upah pada Demosi dan Promosi

 

Dear Rekan HR

 

Sawasdee krap.

Mau tanya  dan mohon pencerahannya :

 

1.       Bagaimana status kalau orang di demosi, apakah ada perubahan  upah, Tunjangan dll.

2.       Bagiamana status karyawan yang di romosi, apakah langsung mendapat penyesuaian upah dan tunjangan

3.       Apa indikator dari 2 point tersebut, apakah ada dalam ketentuan per undang – undangan ketenaga kerjaan

 

Sepengetahuan saya banyak perusahaan menuangkan dalam PP atau kebijakan lain perusahaan yang menurut saya sulit diterima. Contoh :

 

1.       Ada staff yang didemosi otomatis upah disesuaikan

2.       Ada staff yang dipromosi saat itu pula langsung ada penyesuaian upah dllnya

3.       Ada staff yang dipromosi harus menjalani masa percobaan 3 bulan jika lulus baru disesuaikan upahnya

 

Apakah boleh boleh saja perusahan membuat kebijakan tanpa memperhatikan unsur keadilan dan sebagainya ?  terimakasih

Untuk hal ini silahkan mengacu pada pasal 85 UU No.13 Thn. 2003.
 
Selain cuti yang diputuskan oleh menteri tidak perlu di jadikan hari libur.
Jika ada karyawan yang akan ambil cuti maka akan memotong hak cuti.
Sebaiknya hal ini sudah di informasikan kepada karyawan pada masa orientasi.

As one who is poor, I don't have the money for this company.  You don't spend more at Walmart.  or CVS or Rite aid, I'm sure many people are customers if they have money. That I am happy for them.  Even if I had money to get involved in the company and spend the monthly, the fact that the website hides the name, or anyone who has a website that doesn't come out with their company name, I have learned not to investigate. Yes you are asked to shop for $50 a month, but it is stuff you are already purchasing. I was already shopping at walmart. No one made me shop there
but I still have to wash my families clothes, we all take showers, use deodorant, brush our teeth and clean our house, fix our hair, wear cosmetics and I have only scratched the surface. They just ask for you to redirect your spending to them so that we can all have residual income. I spent far more at walmart for these items, because I also got sucked into the marketing and would buy things I did not need and the products are very concentrated. I have saved hundreds of dollars on laundry detergent alone with Melaleuca. I do not think it is unreasonable for Melaleuca to expect us to be using our own products. They want us to have integrity, and I for one would not purchase products if the person who introduced me to the company did not use the products also. We have many people who are just customers who shop every month, no one makes them, they can cancel anytime. In fact Melaleuca had a 60 million dollar growth in 2010 over 2009. We are almost a
billion dollar company. I think that says a lot for how much people like our products. I don't feel forced to purchase these products. I could have cancelled whenever I wanted, however I still needed them so that makes no sense. I purchase a lot more then they ask me to as well just like many others within Melaleuca, and not because they force me but because I have not figured out how to remove that expense from my monthly budget. I have not figured out how to not clean, shop and take a shower so we could save money.

Why is it, that on the actual website no one wants to actually say hey this is for Melaluca. All the websites says is that it is a wellness business. Why is it most of you all have the standard response / defense of the
company?
It sounds so rehearsed and scripted. :)

Anyone who is thinking of joining Mela should ask these questions:

From the business end of it:
How many people do I need to sign up before my $50 becomes "free".
How many more do I need to sign up to see a profit?

I don't spend $50 a month on personal care / laundry detergent.
In fact... I get most of my stuff free or close to it with coupons/
sales/ and cash back from CVS.

I completely agree with Pauline. I am a Director with Thirty-One Gifts and if
you go to my website you will see our name is all over the site. I would be
worried about the items I am purchasing. I'm so confused about why you would not
be able to put your company's name on the website. Is the website through the
company or do you have to create one through a different online site? just
curious.

As one who is poor, I don't have the money for this company. You don't spend
more at Walmart. or CVS or Rite aid, I'm sure many people are customers if they
have money. That I am happy for them. Even if I had money to get involved in
the company and spend the monthly, the fact that the website hides the name, or
anyone who has a website that doesn't come out with their company name, I have

Yes you are asked to shop for $50 a month, but it is stuff you are already
purchasing. I was already shopping at walmart. No one made me shop there

but I still have to wash my families clothes, we all take showers, use
deodorant, brush our teeth and clean our house, fix our hair, wear cosmetics and
I have only scratched the surface. They just ask for you to redirect your
spending to them so that we can all have residual income. I spent far more at
walmart for these items, because I also got sucked into the marketing and would
buy things I did not need and the products are very concentrated. I have saved
hundreds of dollars on laundry detergent alone with Melaleuca. I do not think it
is unreasonable for Melaleuca to expect us to be using our own products. They
want us to have integrity, and I for one would not purchase products if the
person who introduced me to the company did not use the products also. We have
many people who are just customers who shop every month, no one makes them, they
can cancel anytime. In fact Melaleuca had a 60 million dollar growth in 2010
over 2009. We are almost a billion dollar company. I think that says a lot for
how much people like our products. I don't feel forced to purchase these
products. I could have cancelled whenever I wanted, however I still needed them
so that makes no sense. I purchase a lot more then they ask me to as well just
like many others within Melaleuca, and not because they force me but because I
have not figured out how to remove that expense from my monthly budget. I have
not figured out how to not clean, shop and take a shower so we could save money.

I hope this clears things up for some people!

I do have a question for those who work with melaluca. In all my searching I
keep running across many different melaluca reps. Why is it, that on the actual
website no one wants to actually say hey this is for Melaluca. All the websites
says is that it is a wellness business. It's almost like they are trying to keep
there name a big secret unless you want to spend the time to call them. Just
curious.
