[SAHM] Social Media Marketing - Opinions needed

Hello Ladies

I recently launched my new website at http://www.acewebcontent.com. I
already sent a link exchange request. Please submit your link if you missed
that.

I am offering social media management as a service at Ace Web Content. This
includes creating blog posts, a facebook page, a twitter page and then
maintaing these on a regular basis for my customers. I can also add buttons
to their website promoting their twitter and facebook pages.

It will be a great help if you could answer these questions for me regarding
social media management:

1. If you were a customer, what else would you like to see added to the
above?
2. What other help do you think they would need to promote their business
via social media?
3. What have you found to be the best practices in managing social media
for your business?
4. What problems have you faced while doing so?

I would really appreciate any suggestions or feedback you could give me.
