I am writing for advice without naming any business on this list.  With all the problems with the internet these days. I am uneasy about putting my atm card, credit card, bank account on the internet.  One company pushes for it.  I refused. ended up buying a pre-paid card. but the business is so complex that I couldn't work it and the person I had contact with made me feel stupid.   Any business that I had to give personal information was done by phone or mail.  Do you agree with me that this set up wasn't appropriate? thanks, pauline
