People Development

Requirement:

- Bachelor Degree (Mechanical Engineering - Workshop People Development // Social Degree - Sales Development) fr. reputable University with GPA min. 2.75

- Good communication & presentation skill

- 2 years experience in Training area (fresh graduates are welcome to apply)

- Computer proficiency and familiar with the Internet

- Good communication skills

- Self-motivated but also a Team Player at the same time

HR Analyst

Requirement:

- Master degree in Psychology (bachelor with experience are welcome to apply)

- Good understanding about Psychological test tools

- Able to do test administration

- Self-motivated but also a Team Player at the same time

- Excellent written and spoken English

- Good analytical & conceptual thinking skills, creative & innovative

- Computer proficiency and familiar with the Internet

- Good communication skills

- Willing to work on Saturdays

HR Personnel & Administration

- Female
- Maximum age 25 Years old
- Minimum education D3 Management / Accounting / Accounting.
- Experience in Human Resource.
- Experienced as Payroll Officer at least 1 year.
- Understand payroll calculate.
- Understand the tax calculation Pph 21.
- Understand to handle complaints Payroll.
- Understand to process a Social Security (Claim and Register).
- May perform payroll calculations through the Application or Payroll Software.
- Proficient in the use of Office Application (Word, Excel)
- Able to work under pressure
