I am scheduling special integrity shops at a furniture store.

Shoppers are paid $20 and reimbursed $5 for their initial item. You will re-enter to the store right after your purchase and attempt to make a deal on the floor. You will need CASH for the second (integrity) interaction.
All Shoppers must:
. Make an initial purchase and note whether the transaction was completed correctly. It can by any item you choose. You will be reimbursed up to $5 for this item.
o You MUST get a receipt for this purchase and upload it onto the form.
o Have at least $150 to $400 in CASH for the deal on the floor. After completing your first purchase, you must attempt to make a second purchase which requires you to attempt to make a deal on the floor.
o You should re-enter the store after your first transaction has been completed.
o Locate a rug or small piece of furniture with a price point above $150. Please ensure that the item will fit in your vehicle.
o After you locate the item you will use for this part of the shop ("deal on the floor,") you will attempt to approach an associate in the rug/furniture department and make a deal on the item. We would suggest offering the employee half of the amount of the item in cash for the item. Tell them you don't need a receipt for the item.
o If the employee accepts the deal, describe what the employee does with this money in the narrative. Arrangements will be made to have this item returned and you will be reimbursed the money you spent.
o If they do not accept your cash offer, thank them and leave. Either way, record the transaction details in your report form.
o It is very important to act natural during the shop and not appear nervous or uncomfortable.
Please note that videotape will be running in the stores, so it is very important that you follow all instructions completely. The shops may be compared to those tapes for reference.
You can perform more than one shop per day. Please allow for a couple of hours between shops.
These are detailed integrity shops. You need to be comfortable performing this scenario. Do not apply if you are unable to perform this scenario.
