I would like to shed some light on why some companies don't allow you to use their name. Each company has a compliance area and especially in MLM companies, too many reps can advertise misleading information. This can damage a companies image and lead to lawsuits. So some companies apply restrictions around what their reps can use. Since the public view is so negative, its a good strategy to protect the companies brand. Its better to control the marketing with only approved material.
Some companies will not allow you to use any website not approved first, I've seen situations where sentences are changed, pictures are approved or rejected, etc.
