Employee engagement adalah kepedulian/ kecocokan/ keterpaduan karyawan dengan perusahaan.
Prakteknya adalah melalui kuesioners 40 s/d 100 ttg hal-hal yang terkait pandangan dan apa yang dirasakan oleh karyawan dengan lingkungan kerjanya.
Hasilnya dianalisa scara baik dan fair untuk mencapai perbaikan.
Target dari survey adalah perbaikan atas kinerja, motivasi, attitude dan tanggung jawab.
Masih belum lengkap tapi sementara ini dulu.
