PT. Seascape Surveys Indonesia is an Indonesian based Offshore Oil and Gas Subsea Service Company is seeking suitably qualified and experienced personnel to join our team, and support our growing range of projects to fill the following position:
Human Resources Coordinator
Responsibilities:
* Responsible for day to day smooth operations and full HR spectrum that includes recruitment, compensation and benefits, employee relations, performance management.
* Support Corporate HR in order to be aligned with the business strategies.
Requirements:
* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Human Resource Management, Psychology, Law or equivalent with minimum 1 year experience in the same position.
* Excellent working knowledge and experience in Recruitment, Employee/Industrial Relation, HR Procedures and Process, Compensation & Benefit, HR Services and Organization Development.
* Having leadership skills and good team player
* Proficiency in English language (written & spoken)
* Mastering in Labor Law No. 13
* Able to Join at the latest on 1st December 2011
