[HRM-Club] URGENTLY NEEDED - Payroll and Compensation Benefit Supervisor

A Growing mining company under one of the Indonesian conglomerates is now urgently looking for an experienced Payroll and Compensation & Benefit Supervisor that will be located at the head office in Jakarta.

Responsibilities:

The role of Human Resource Officer is involving monthly payroll, employee income tax and provident fund (Jamsostek), and related services and administration, such as:

·         Prepare staff and salary, related reports and employment letters

·         Maintain accurate personal records in personal files, payroll and Human    Resource system

·         Day to day responsibility for a variety of administration and clerical duties necessary to run an organization effectively.

·         Perform other duties as assigned by Management.

S/he will also responsible to organize, arrange and manager the compensation & benefit making sure that the company com ben is competitive in the market.

Requirements:

To be successful for the role, the candidate needs to have the following qualifications;

·         Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Human Resource Management, Economics or equivalent.

·         Having at least 8 years experiences in the respective field, preferably those who have experience in Mining, Oil & Gas, heavy equipment industry, and familiar with working at mining site scheme.

·         Having experience in the supervisory role.

·         Good knowledge about payroll system and tax PPh 21

·         Accustomed with salary survey and understand the method

·         Has ability to work under pressure within tight deadline

·         Well organized, mature with strong analytical thinking

·         Good filling and Administration skill

·         Effective use of MS Word, Excel and Power Point is required

·         Understanding the Com Ben scheme and market competition

·         Good command of verbal and written English is a must
