IMHO, Sepertinya bukan mana yang lebih kuat...tapi mana yang lebih baik..
Lebih baik disini adalah menurut versi karyawan, biasanya kalaupun sampa dengan terjadi PHI...aturan yang lebih menguntungkan karyawan yang diapaki. CMIIW
