Hereby I would like to kindly request your participation in my research project "The HR system of a Multinational Corporation (MNC) Subsidiary in Indonesia".
I am a master student at the University of Twente Enschede in The Netherland. This research is an essential part of the requirements for the Master of Science Title in Business Administration.
Part of my research methodology requires interviewing an HR expert or HR Director in the field of HR systems in MNC subsidiaries in Indonesia.
This research will not only help to close the gap in existing knowledge about HRM policies and practices in MNCs subsidiaries in Indonesia but will also serve as an interesting opportunity for the company to look more carefully at its own business practices and to present its most successful approaches and practices to business audience.Your contribution to this research will be highly valued and appreciated and will greatly assist the faculty and business audience throughout the field of HRM
I would appreciate the opportunity to conduct an interview with an HR experti. The participation consists of a short interview that will take up to 1- 1.5 hour. The purpose of the interview is to examine how the MNC subsidiary (HR) Manager deals with different legal, social and cultural challenges in the Indonesian society and its effect on the existing HRM policies and practices of the MNC Subsidiary.
The interview can be either conducted by phone (Skype or Voipbuster), Email or Messenger. A preliminary list of questions that will be discussed during the interview is provided in advance.
