For these shops NO exam is required, just simply purchase a pair of prescription eyeglasses or prescription sunglasses and evaluate the customer service and general observations in the store. This shop pays $15 plus a $15 bonus PLUS $90 off your glasses.
You can go yourself or take a friend - elderly parent or even a child! Prescription must be 1 year old or less, if older than one year it may be allowed, it's up to the individual location. If you're script is really old, you're due for an exam anyway, use the $30 pay to help pay for your much needed eye exam! Don't need another pair of glasses?
