Bare International is seeking an independent evaluator to conduct an easy
customer service audit at a local retail shipping company. This evaluation is a
straight forward audit of the service received and products offered by location
clerks.
Assignment would include:
1. Mailing a package 1 lb or more to person of your choice.
- Recipient must live in a different zip-code
2. Observe the products offered, displays, and Clerk attire
- Note specified mail class and extra services offered
3. Track time spent in line and in location
4. Observe number of other customers in location
5. Ship package by specified mail class.
