Hi Shoppers

The shopper will pose as a prospective automobile buyer and evaluate the professionalism during a phone call and all aspects of the dealership environment and sales presentation.

These shops have a year rotation on them, so if you've already done a location, you can not do that same location for another year.

Shopper Requirements
* You must be believable as a typical buyer.
* You must be between the ages of 25 and 65.
* No children allowed on this assignment.
* You must appear ready, willing and able to make a purchase during your visit. However, you must decline the offer to buy today. You must be the buyer.
* A test-drive is required. If you are not offered one, you MUST ask for one. A valid driver's license and proof of insurance is required

Shopper Pay: $25
Shopping Dates: Tuesday, March 22 or Wednesday, March 23 or Thursday, March 24
