[HRM-Club] HRD Director

Requirement for HRD and GA Director

 

Responsibilities:

 

*        Work closely with Senior Management, all Faculties & Department

Heads to ensure optimal headcounts based on productivity-based resources and alignment of all human resource with educational institution practices.

*        Manage recruitment activities where vacancies are filled up promptly

via recruitment, internal staff movements or staff promotions, including job requisitions, advertisements, resume screening, interviews and carry out job matching between candidates and requirements

*        Establish strong working relationship with internal and external

partners i.e recruitment /advertising agencies, insurance players, education institutions, professional bodies and other government bodies.

*        Manage annual manpower planning & budgeting and compensation

benefits including increment & appraisal exercise and industrial relations matters.

*        Act as a HR Business Partner where you will assist in designing job

descriptions and KPIs, and also on faculties and departments transformation tasks.

*        Review, initiate, plan and drive appropriate intervention programs

that will promote mindset and behavior change with regards to internalize the Performance Management System practices across the organization.

*        Responsible for HR and General Administration or Purchasing

Department

 

Requirements:

 

*        Male/Female, with minimum Age 40 years old

*        Able to communicate in English (written and oral)

*        Degree/Post-graduate in Legal from reputable university, with

minimum of 10 years' experience in a similar capacity at Senior Managerial level, with knowledge in competency-based hiring.

*        Experience as HRD Senior Manager in Education / University Area will

be an advantage.

*        Possess excellent interpersonal skills and problem solving

abilities, good leadership qualities with high level of integrity and professionalism;

*        Experience in interacting with middle (senior) management.

*        Thorough understanding of HR processes and activities.

*        Well-versed with local Employment Act and statutory guidelines.

*        Vocal and independent in a fast paced work environment

*        Strong communication skills and leadership

 

Package:

 

*  Monthly Remuneration Rp. 20.000.000,- (net basis)

 

*  THR, one month salary

 

*  Jamsostek

 

*  Health Insurance
