Hi Pak Martono,

Apa iya PHK karyawan bisa tanpa pesangon. Secara PP/PKB bisa saja dicantumkan tapi bagaimana secara UUD Tenaker? apa yang terjadi jika seandainya karyawan yg di PHK tersebut lapor kedisnaker??

Dear all,
Berkelahi di tempat kerja, untunk sharing saja ya, di perusahaan tempat saya bekerja saya muat di PP bahwa berkelahi sesama karyawan di tempat kerja di PHK dua dua nya tanpa pesangon.
Sudah tiga perusahaan yang pernah saya singgahi semuanya  sama.
