Urung rembuk, sebaiknya kembalikan dulu ke PP apakah ada aturan atau tata tertib jam kerja.
Dan jika sekiranya memang keterlambatan ybs cukup mengganggu produktivitas kerja baik personal maupun tim, sebaiknya dibuatkan aturan yang jelas terlebih dahulu mengenai jam kerja agar tidak menjadi contoh buruk bagi karyawan yang lainnya.
Pernah pengalaman, potong cuti gak terlalu manjur lebih baik potong gaji.

dear para senior, mohon bantuannya di perusahaan kami ada supervisor ( kary. tetap 0 terlambat terus setiap hari saya sudah menegurnya secara lisan untuk tidak terlambat lagi mengingat posisi dan senioritasnya, tetapi kary. tersebut masuk tepat waktu hanya 1 hari saja setelah teguran saya. kemudian saya menerapkan aturan potong cuti 1 hari untuk keterlambatan > 30 menit /bulan. jika sanksi ini tidak mempan juga untuk si kary, saya akan tingkatkan ke demotion......sebelum akhirnya saya akan keluarkan SP untuk kary. tersebut apakah tindakan saya ini sudah cukup bijaksana? mohon idenya Thank you Sulbi |
