Bisa saja, apalagi beberapa perusahaan dengan suatu alasan ada juga yang men-split gaji level-level tertentu karyawannya dari nilai sesungguhnya untuk pelaporan ke instansi tertentu misalnya.
Cuma kalau untuk level (senior) staff sampai segitu berarti salary structure tuh perusahaan masuk papan atas juga di pasar (masuk list perusahaan favorit para pencari kerja tuh), selain berarti pula range salary di level staff akan lebar sekali jika dengan asumsi min point-nya untuk staff fresh graduated 2 atau 3 juta berarti ada rentang sekitar 10 juta untuk level tsb. Terkecuali di level middle atau top management, di beberapa perusahaan mungkin dengan spread selebar itu bisa melingkupi beberapa kelompok jabatan.

wow,gede banget, posisi staf senior,klo boleh tau perusahaan seperti apa gaji sebesar itu.
Setahuku kebanyakan perusahan memberikan gaji tidak terlalu tinggi bahkan gaji manajer aja 10 juta.
